We are happy to provide you service at most times of the day. Our normal operating hours are 5am-6pm M-F. We are available for trips after 6pm and weekend trips for a nominal surcharge.
We are not set up with Medicaid. Medicare rarely covers non-emergency transportation. We do recommend asking any insurance provider whether they will cover our services. We are happy to work with all insurance providers and will provide any information they require.
Yes, all of our vans are equipped with passenger seats. We do appreciate notice when scheduling so we can best accommodate extra passengers.
All of our vans are equipped with oxygen tanks and are provided at an additional cost for those who require it.
We operate in both Missouri and Kansas and provide service to all communities in and around the Kansas City area.

You can reach or leave a message with us at any time and a representative will contact you or confirm your appointment as soon as possible.
We like to make our payment process as easy as possible. We accept payment upon arrival by cash or check. We also accept credit cards. Please call (816) 350-1800 if you would like to pay for your trip by credit card.
We are happy to take whatever personal belongings are needed for the trip at no additional cost.
